Requirements & Skill:
• Masters in Hospital Administration with 2+ years of experience in relevant field
• Deep Knowledge of NABH Standards
• Strong background in healthcare management principles
• Expertise in QMS, MIS
• Ability to identify, assesses, and mitigates risks within healthcare organizations.
• Proficient in Documentation & Record keeping
• Ability to manage NABH accreditation projects effectively
• Experience in conducting internal audits, mock assessments.

Key Responsibility:
• Overseeing and managing the entire accreditation process for healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
• Assisting healthcare facilities in developing and implementing quality management systems (QMS) aligned with NABH standards. This includes conducting gap analysis, developing policies and procedures, and facilitating training programs to ensure staff understanding and compliance.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs, provide ongoing support, and address any concerns or challenges throughout the accreditation process.
• Conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars for healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding of NABH standards, quality management principles, and best practices.
