M/s ACUTE QUALITY CONSULTANTS (henceforth termed AQC) was founded as a sole proprietorship in the year 2019, registered under Kolkata Municipal Corporation bearing CE NO: 000836100253, commencing the business of providing quality consulting services to client organizations with the guide and facilitated with organization standards.

The goal is to provide organizations across India with effective, competitive, and practical business solutions to maximize their operational efficiency and return on investment.

Company Overview

In order to build trust in an organization, we provide ISO certification consultancy services. Through our assistance in quality certification and relevant training for international quality standards, we have always assisted our clients in clearing the ISO audit and getting the subsequent ISO certification consultancy service on the first attempt. Our Director Philosophy

In health care, quality improvement (QI) is the framework we use to systematically improve the ways care is delivered to patients. Processes have characteristics that can be measured, analyzed, improved, and controlled. QI entails continuous efforts to achieve stable and predictable process results, that is, to reduce process variation and improve the outcomes of these processes both for patients and the health care organization and system. Achieving sustained QI requires commitment from the entire organization, particularly from top-level management.
 

Our Achievements

AQC provides a dedicated team of three consultants to each client rather than a single consultant for each client. This helps in situations like if any one consultant is not aware or is not available at any given time of time, there are other two consultants available to take care of the client. Several customers appreciated this approach because no other consulting firms provide such a service. Another advantage of AQC's expert team is that during the implementation of appropriate systems, they explain the standard requirements with references to national and international journals, articles, and text books, reducing disagreements during the assessment.
